Free shipping over $99

All US orders over $99 ship free via ground. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $7.95.

How fast we ship

We pack and ship most orders within 1–2 business days from our West Coast warehouse. Ground delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days, depending on your address.

Need it faster? At checkout you can pick from:

• Standard ground — 3–7 business days, free over $99
• Expedited — 2–3 business days, calculated at checkout
• Overnight — 1 business day, calculated at checkout

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, plus US territories. We can ship to APO/FPO addresses on a case-by-case basis — email us before you order if that's you.

We don't currently ship internationally outside the US. If you're abroad and want a piece of GemGear, drop us a line and we'll see what we can do.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse. If a week goes by and you haven't seen one, check spam — and if it's not there, email us and we'll sort it out.

If something goes wrong

Damaged in transit, missing items, never arrived — we'll make it right. Email support@gemgear.com with your order number and a quick description of what happened, and we'll send a replacement, refund, or whatever fits the situation. No fights about it.
